United Nations Organization (UNO):
The United Nations is an international organisation founded in 1945 after the Second World War (1939 to 1945) by 51 countries committed to maintaining international peace and security, developing friendly relations among nations and promoting social progress, better living standards and human rights. The motto of UNO is “It’s your world!”. The headquarters of the United Nations is in Manhattan, New York City. Since its inception the membership of the Organization has grown to 193 States.
